Morpho Biometric Device Installation Guide


WINDOWS

Step - 1. Download Morpho Executables


1. Download “Morpho_RD.zip” file from respective menu from partnerdesk.
2. Extract downloaded zip file and follow below steps sequentially.

Step - 2. Morpho RD Service setup.


1. Start installation

Right click on setup file “MorphoRdServiceL0SoftSetup” and select "Run as


administrator".

2. Click on “Yes” if any pop up window show message as


“Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your PC?”

3. Wait till installation finish.

Step - 3. Morpho RD Service Checking.


1. Attached device and wait till driver configuration finished.
2. After drivers updated message “Device has been registered successfully”.
3. Click on “OK” for further pop-up.

Step - 5. Browser Configuration for Web Application

1. Google Chrome

Open chrome browser and write “chrome://flags/#allow-insecure-


localhost” in url and click on “Enable” under label “Allow invalid certificates
for resources loaded from localhost” and then click “RELAUNCH NOW”.

2. Mozilla Firefox

Open Firefox browser and write “https://127.0.0.1:11100” in url and click


on “Advanced”, click “Add Exception”, it will open Add Security Exception pop-up
and then click “Confirm Security Exception”.
(As shown in below snapshots)

For some older version of Firefox browser, It shows “I Understand the


Risks” after hitting url “https://127.0.0.1:11100” then click on “Add
Exception”, it will open Add Security Exception pop-up and then click “Confirm
Security Exception”.

If url “https://127.0.0.1:11100” doesn't show page like below screen shots,


then try below range of url and hit till proposed pages doesn't appear OR port
range exceed [port range: 11100 to 11120] (i.e. https://127.0.0.1:11100,
https://127.0.0.1:11101 ... upto https://127.0.0.1:11120).
