1. To negotiate and transact, on my behalf, with New San Jose Builders,Inc. (NSJBI) for the
reservation and acquisition of a condominium unit ( hereinafter the “subject unit”) at the
___________________________ condominium project;
2. To make payments on my behalf, for, among others, equity and monthly amortizations to NSJBI,
as well as for other fees, expenses, and taxes in connection with the reservation and/or acquisition
of the subject unit, inclusive of the payment of all real property taxes due to the government;
3. To secure, receive and take custody/possession of receipts for payments made on my behalf;
4. To perform any and all acts necessary in the premises, to prosecute my corresponding loan
application including, among others, to sign, execute, and deliver, on my behalf, any and all
documents and/or papers in connection therewith;
6. To coordinate with NSJBI, on my behalf, for the submission and approval of plans for
improvements to the subject unit, preparatory to the turnover thereof;
7. To inspect, on my behalf, the subject unit for any defects and deficiencies, and arrange for the
completion of the same;
8. To sign and execute, on my behalf, the official acceptance of the subject unit, and release in favor
of NSJBI, preparatory to the introduction of any improvements and/or renovation thereof;
9. To make the necessary payments on my behalf, with the Condominium Corporation, as the case
may be, for, among others, monthly dues and other special assessments as may be imposed by said
Condominium Corporation;
10. To receive on my behalf, with full legal and binding effect, all correspondence, notices, demands,
refunds and/or surrender value, if any pertaining to the unit;
12. To execute any release, waiver, and quitclaim on my behalf, in favor of NSJBI, comprising all
rights, claims, and causes of action, whatsoever, which I may now, or in the future, have or
possess, arising from the reservation and/or acquisition of the subject unit, and/or any withdrawal
or cancellation thereof.
Giving and granting unto my attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform any and all
act/s requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully and to all intents and purposes as I
might do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully
do or cause to be done by these presents.
