Synopsis

1. TITLE OF THE PROJECT:

TG Diary Management System

2. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:

The main objective of the project is to computerize the Records of the student
personal details and their academics in the college. It also includes the
achievements and prize possession of that particular student in proposed sections .

3. LANGUAGE AND SOFTWARE TOOL USED:

Front End: DJANGO AND PYTHON


Operating System: Windows 10
Back End: SQL

5. STRUCTURE OF THE PROJECT:

5.1. Proposed System:-

In the proposed system, the administrator can insert, delete and modify the
student records as per the requirements. Academic details, Personal records,
reports and achievements can be easily maintained in this system. This project will
help to smoother the maintenance of student personal details academic records and
further activities.

5.2. Module Description

 5.2.1 Administration Module:-

This is the main module in the proposed project. The administrator can read and
write information about student in all sections. They can also update, create and
delete the record of students as requirement and implementation plan.

5.2.2. Student Module:-

This module contains the Student records. The sub modules are:

5.2.2.1. Personal Details:-

It contains personal details of Students studied in the college.

5.2.2.2. Academic Records:-

This section contains academic records of the students.

5.2.3. Achievements Module:-

This module is used to maintain the achievement records of students.

5.2.4. Research Module:-

This module keeps track of students research papers.


6. FUTURE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

This project will enhance the students and the TG to serve more quickly and
efficiently. This software is developed in order to computerize the activities which
take more time, if done manually.

TG Diary Management System will enable the student and college staff to make
things faster and can get information quickly. If we want any information about
student, we can access it quickly.

Hard Disk- 1GB
RAM-1 GB
