    PROCEDURE FOR EQUIVALENCE

    PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR FOREIGN, LOCAL EQUIVALENCE AND DEENI ASNAD
    FOREIGN EQUIVALENCE DEGREE PROCEDURE:
    1. Filling of online applica(on form available at hͼp://des.hec.gov.pk (hͼp://des.hec.gov.pk/)
    2. Original and photocopy of each degree/diploma/cer(ficate (from matric onwards) along with CNIC and applica(on processing fee as bank dra͹.
    3. Photocopy of year-wise transcripts/Diploma supplement.
    4. Original degree for which equivalence is required.
    5. Documentary proof of comple(on of study abroad supported with passport showing visa, entry/exit for study period.
    6. Proof of registra(on from concerned professional body (in case of professional degree/diploma).
    7. Any foreign 12-year schooling cer(ficate should be equated by the IBCC.
    8. Equivalence fee Rs 5000/- (non-refundable) for each degree/diploma.
    9. All the above men(oned documents in original need to be presented for ge2ng endorsement "Seen original and verified" from HEC Head Office or any HEC Regional
    Centers at the (me of submission of applica(on.
    LOCAL EQUIVALENCE DEGREE PROCEDURE:
    1. Filling of an applica(on form (E-01) (/english/services/students/Documents/E-01.pdf).
    2. Original and photocopy of each degree/diploma/cer(ficate (from matric onwards) along with CNIC and applica(on processing fee as bank dra͹.
    3. Photocopy of year-wise transcripts/DMCs/Result Cards indica(ng date of admission and date of comple(on alongwith dura(on of each semester/term.
    4. Proof of registra(on from concerned professional body (in case of professional degree/diploma).
    5. Any foreign 12-year schooling cer(ficate should be equated by the IBCC.
    6. Equivalence fee non-refundable for each degree/diploma.
    7. All the above men(oned documents in original need to be presented for ge2ng endorsement "Seen original and verified" from HEC Head Office or any HEC
    Regional Centers at the (me of submission of applica(on.

    DEENI ASNAD EQUIVALENCE PROCEDURE:

    1. Filling of an applica(on form E-02 duly signed and verified from concerned Madaris Nazim-e-Ala for Deeni Asnad.
    2. Photocopy of each Sanad/Kashful Darajat duly signed and verified form concerned Nazim-e-Ala.
    3. Photocopy of year-wise Kashful Darajat indica(ng date of admission and date of comple(on alongwith dura(on of each year/term.
    4. Aͼesta(on of Sanvia Aaama and Sanvia Khasa from IBCC.
    5. Middle School Cer(ficate duly verified from Headmaster/Principal of concerned school.
    6. Copy of Na(onal Iden(ty Card or Passport in case of foreigner.
    7. All the above men(oned documents in original need to be presented for ge2ng endorsement "Seen original and verified" from HEC Head Office or any HEC Regional
    Centers at the (me of submission of applica(on.
