Project Statement Classrooms should have a clear management system that aims to actively engage students
to various activities and opportunities.
Project Objectives 1. To promote participative learning environment.
2. To create classroom system of management encouraging active participation and
engagement to activities.
3. To develop positive attitude to classroom task through positive reinforcement.
Root Cause 1. Students inactive participation to classrooms tasks and activities.
2. Teachers’ weak classroom management and rare use of positive reinforcement to
drive students to participate.
3. Inconsistent and insufficient classroom activities that promotes participative learning
environment.
