Thank you for considering HOTEL DARULMAKMUR as the venue for your upcoming event.

This hotel includes 78 room with private convention facilities, 1 F&B outlets, 150 seat ballroom plus 4 meeting
rooms. The resort is situated in the enclave of Jerantut, Pahang state in West Malaysia and is surrounded by lush
tropical rainforests of the East Coast corridor of Malaysia.

All rooms are equipped with LCD TV with flat screen, internet access; iron & ironing board; hair dryer; sejadah;
telekung; yassin; al-quran; individual controlled air conditioned and coffee/tea-making facilities.

HOTEL DARULMAKMUR also offers function facilities and had a great deal of experience in organising special

GUARANTEED ATTENDANCE

To be advised at least 72 hours prior to the function. Kindly be advised that billing will be based on the guaranteed
attendance even if the actual is less than the guaranteed number. However should the actual attendance exceed
that the guaranteed, billing will be based on the actual attendance.

DEPOSIT POLICY

1. A holding deposit equivalent to one night’s total room charge and a function deposit equivalent to 20% of
the total event cost are required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event that
booking is cancelled at any time prior to event commencement or group arrivals date.

2. 2nd payment of 50% of estimated total event cost is required thirty (30) days prior to the commencement
of the event.

3. Full payment of total estimated charges is required ten (10) days prior to the event, unless guaranteed by
Credit Card or Letter of Undertaking should the company have credit facilities.

4. The hotel accepts payment in form of bank draft, telegraphic money transfer or credit card. All payment by
cheque should be addressed to MUIP URUS SDN. BHD.

AUDIO VISUAL REQUIREMENTS

The hotel has an extensive range of audio visual equipment available for your conference, convention, product
launch, parade or meeting. PA system for speeches will be provided on complimentary.
SURCHARGE

The organiser shall be responsible in ensuring that the function room is vacated by 23.00 hours. Should your event
extend past midnight, a room rental will be applicable.

DINING & ENTERTAIMENT

 SRI MAKMUR COFFEE HOUSE– All day dining is a delightful eatery serving local and International fare
from the buffet and a la carte. Highlights are the monthly promotions, weekend high tea and special
theme dinner.
Operation hours:
Breakfast 6.30am – 10.30am
Lunch 12.00 noon – 2.30pm
Dinner 7.00pm – 10.30pm
A-la Carte in Between
Seating capacity 60 person

POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION

Should you cancel your function 21 days prior to its intended date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total value will
be charged. If the function is cancelled within 7 days of the event,100% of the total value of the intended function
will be charged as it has become impossible for us to sell the function room at such short notice.
Should you postpone your function 14 days prior to its intended date, a postponement fee of 25% of the total value
of the intended function will be levied.
The Hotel reserves the right to request for an early release should we have another confirmed function booking
and should your function not be firm.

PARKING FACILITIES
Parking for all in-house guests is on complimentary basis
