RESOLUTION NO. 15
Series of 2015

Barangay resolution requesting BOD Al Castillon, Board of Director, Davao del Sur Electric
Cooperative (DASURECO), Cogon, Digos City for Seventeen(17) complete sets of street light with
Seventeen (17) pcs. of 23W CFL bulb, Seventeen (17) pcs. of Photo Cell (Fishers Pierce) and
Twelve (12) pieces of Akari Reflector for street lightening of Barangay Tiguman, Digos City.

WHEREAS; Barangay Tiguman is one of the dependent consumers of electricity in the City of
Digos

WHEREAS; the barangay has existing electric posts with no street lights installed that need for
new connections and several existing electric posts which were already installed with street lights but in
need for repair and replacement to be used again for the benefit of all the constituents and in order to
minimize crimes and incidents that occurs during night time;

WHEREAS; these electric posts which need for new connection, repair & replacement includes
the following post numbers:

Post No. 011452 - new connection


Post No. 017650 - new connection
Post No. 017818 - new connection
Post No. 016940 - new connection
Post No. 015533 - new connection
Post No. 015532 - new connection
Post No. 015526 - new connection
Post No. 015562 - new connection
Post No. 018941 - new connection
Post No 455510 - new connection
Post No. 019740 - new connection
Post No. 018672 - new connection
Post No. 011450 - repair/replacement
Post No. 018938 - repair/replacement
Post No. 011520 - repair/replacement
Post No. 015529 - repair/replacement
Post No. 015565 - repair/replacement
WHEREFORE; On motion of Honorable Leo I. Villarico, duly seconded by all Barangay
Kagawad present, be it;

RESOLVED; AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to request BOD Al Castillo, Board of


Director, Davao del Sur Electric Cooperative (DASURECO), Cogon, Digos City for Seventeen (17)
complete sets of street light with Seventeen (17) pcs. of 23W CFL bulb, Seventeen (17) pcs. of Photo
Cell (Fishers Pierce) and Twelve (12) pieces of Akari Reflector for street lightening of Barangay
Tiguman, Digos City;

RESOLVED FINALLY; That copy of this resolution be furnished to the Office of Engr.
Godofredo N. Guya, General manager and to the other offices/agencies concerned for their information
and guidance.
