Designed and Modeled BW backend development following the SAP Best Practice with LSA+ modeling

Planning and Budgeting and Consolidation application.
Responsibilities:
Handled the tickets of priority 1, 2 and 3 by following (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures and met the (SLA’s)
Service Level Agreement;
Supported the client by providing long-term solutions to the tickets by doing Root Cause Analysis;
