Exhibition Stall Booking Form
We are interested to book stall space(s) at the 15th India Innovation Summit to display our Innovative
products and services.
Number of Stalls required: …..
Stall Size: 9 Sq. meters or Multiples of 9 Sq. Mts.
Stall Rates:
 General (Large & Medium Scale) : Rs. 5000 per Sq. Meter
 SSI (Small Scale) : Rs. 3000 per Sq. Meter
 Start-ups : Rs. 2000 per Sq. Meter
 International Exhibitors : USD 100 per Sq. Meter
GST @18% should be added to the Total amount.

Participation Guidelines
 Each 9 Sq. Meter Stall will be provided with: one Table, two Chairs, one Dustbin, three Spot Lights, Carpeted
area and Fascia with company name. One Stall will be provided with one 15 amp Power Socket (Connection)
 Stall Spaces will be allotted on first come, first served and first paid basis
 Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and decorating their own stalls/Booths. Stalls will be handed over to
the exhibitors on 20th August 2019 morning at 10.30 am and should complete set-up before 08.00 am on
21 August 2019, (i.e., before the Summit registration begins at 0800 hrs.)
 Displays / standees, etc., must use only within the space provided (i.e., within the stall space)
 Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the stall structures and equipments and any damage to
the floors/walls and materials.
 Lunch Coupons will be issued to two people per 9 Sq. Meter stall - per day. Maximum two people will be
allowed to man a 9 Sq. Meter Stall. Food coupons will not be issued to additional persons.
 Any internet connections / Wi-fi connections, etc, can be availed from the Vendors on direct payment basis.
 CII will not bear the charges like – Exhibitors’ Travel and transportation costs for material movements and
accommodation charges, etc. towards the exhibition.
 No spot sales during the Exhibition will be allowed. Bookings or taking orders can be done.
