Last Minute Preparation Tips

Last minute preparation tips include getting enough sleep, revising difficult topics, reviewing old notes rather than learning new material, staying confident in what has already been learned, meditating to reduce stress, getting rest, examining previous exams for patterns, and remembering important formulas. While last minute preparation may not be as effective as earlier study, these tips can boost confidence and improve performance if used the day before an exam.

Last Minute Preparation Tips:

1. Getting up early in the morning - key to good health, also have healthy food, and healthy amount of
sleep
2. Revision of the topics which you found difficult (or in which you found yourself doing mistakes - small,
silly or big)
3. Quick glancing/revision of the short notes which you made on your own helps you a lot rather than
practicing new questions
4. Don’t touch(read/learn) any thing new or stay away from learning new things
5. Be confident on what you’ve learnt so far - for confidence and boosting up of yourself, recall the
decent scores/successes which you made in the past exams
6. Do Meditation/Yoga, if you’re distressed owing to the topics which you didn’t go through well (or
unable to understand well)
7. Try to be silent, sincere, be less emotional, reduce your entertaining hours and increase your hours
of taking rest
8. Glancing of the very previous question paper of the exam, quick understanding of the pattern and
drawing certain conclusions of how to attempt & achieve the highest efficiency(time management)
and accuracy in attempting the exam
9. Going through important concepts/formulae, trying to remember them, quick analysis of how silly(or
big) mistakes were done in exams in the past if possible
10. Don’t let the thought that “nothing can be fruitful if I do it in the last minute” to be in your mind. In the
present days preparation scenario, the thought is of no use and it may (sometimes) lead you to be
unfortunate. So, to be on the safest side and want to have a 95-100 percent probability of success,
try above.
