Required Maintenance Procedures

1. Applying grease to grease nipples


2. Applying grease to nuts and bolts
3. Tightening gland packing as necessary
4. Tighten the Frame nuts as necessary
5. Apply grease to the nuts and bolts to avoid corrosion.
6. Adjust the cooling line water supply as needed. Clean the drain lines of the cooling water
storing compartments.
7. Keep the vents closed when pump is not operating
8. Adhere to the Instructions on the pump manual.
9. Do not override any safety measures unless failures in safety measures.
10. Please turn on the pump for 20mins at least once every 2 weeks.
11. The incoming voltage is between 380V-390V. It must be 400V for continuous operation.
This will have an increase in current draw to the pump motor, which in the long run will
damage the motor winding. So do not operate the pump continuously. Please allow the
motor to cool at least once in two hours.
