OBJECTIVE : By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to;


1. Talk about the story of Rosemary and the Four Gutsy Gnomes.
2. Listen to, follow and give instructions.
ACTIVITY : Let’s Talk ( page 41)
1. Teacher brings pupils to explore the story.
2. Teacher asks some questions.
 How many characters can you seen the cover?
 Describe the characters.
 What are they doing?
3. Pupils respond.
4. Teacher directs pupils to guess the name of each character.
5 Classroom Discussions.
 The story plot
Group Work
 Practise the words/phrases.
 Listen and point to picture.
 Direct pupils to raise their hands if they can answer the
questions.
 Classmates agree (thumbs up) or disagree (Thumbs down).
Individual work
1. Write the favourite characters and give reason in a small piece of paper.
