    Gentlemen:

    We request the assistance of your good office in allowing the reservation of the name
    “___________________ INCORPORATED”.

    Sometime in April 2019, we were able to reserve the name “_________________


    INCORPORATED” in the SEC-iRegister. However, we were not able to continue the filing
    of the required Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, thus, we deleted the said name
    in the SEC-iRegister.

    On July 29, 2019, we tried again to reserve the name “___________________


    INCORPORATED” for a proposed real estate corporation through the SEC-iRegister.
    However, the request for reservation was rejected because the name
    “___________________” was found to be temporary reserved company name. We
    believe that this was the same name reservation we previously applied for but may not
    have been permanently deleted yet in your system, in which case, our new application
    for name reservation is being rejected.

    Therefore, may we respectfully request for your approval for the reservation of the
    business name “_________________ INCORPORATED” as a corporation.

    Your usual prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.
