Script of the Master of Ceremony For Secondary

Schools and Senior High School


(Voice Over): Friends, the program will start in a few minutes. Let us observe silence.

Ma’am Aubrey: Graduation is the ceremony when qualified students are conferred
an academic degree by their school. It is the best time where our learners reap
the fruits of their labor and sacrifices. It is when they pay tribute to the
hardships of their parents and give honor to the teachings of their second
parents, their teachers. It is the time when they are about to bid temporary
goodbye to their classmates, friends and Alma Mater.

Sir Macky: A pleasant afternoon ladies and gentlemen. Let us welcome the graduating
class of School Year 2018-2019 at Tabas National High School together with
their parents, teachers, principal, and guests.

MA: To start our program, please stand at attention for the Philippine National Anthem
(to be led by Ms Joyce E Magana. It will be followed by Invocation/Doxology to
be led by Ms Andrea Delos Santos and the singing of the Hymn to be led by Ms
Richie A Jalimao.

SM: Today you will witness the graduation here at Tabas National High School. We
are pleased to inform you that our Schools Division Superintendent or Her
Representative, Dr. Marlo Fiel Sultan, principal of Paracale National HS are here
with us in the significant occasion and of course, our guest for this afternoon,
ma’am Alyssa S. Alegre, a Social Studies teacher in Batobalani National HS.

MA: PLEASE WELCOME THEM WITH A ROUND OF APPLAUSE.

SM: May we all be seated. To formally welcome all of us, let us have our very own
student, Mr John Louie E Ampuan to deliver his opening remarks. Let us give him
a round of applause.

MA: The Senior High School Graduating Class of School Year 2017-2018 will be
presented and attested by our principal,sir Ronaldo Rafael. Confirmation of their
graduation and distribution of diplomas will be done by the Schools Division
Superintendent, (or representative) Dr. Marlo Fiel Sultan.

SM: To present our candidates for graduation, may call in our School Principal Mr
Ronaldo Rafael and to be followed by the confirmation of graduates and message, by
schools division superintendent or her representative, Dr Marlo Fiel Sultan.

MA: Thank you so much sir, graduates you may all now be seated.

LET’S GIVE THEM A BIG HAND.

SM: At this juncture, may we request our schools division superintendent or her
representative, Dr Marlo Fiel Sultan, our school head sir Ronaldo Rafael and of
course our guest speaker, maam Alyssa Solarte to do the honor in distributing the
Diploma. They will also be assisted by the advisers of the graduates.

MA: Indeed, persistence and perseverance are some of the key factors for the success
of the graduates we are about to mention. To receive their diploma, please join us
here on stage, Grade12 Aguinaldo (GAS) to be accompanied by their parents.
Let’s begin with….
(Note: 1. After receiving of Diploma of the graduates, proceed to the reading of
the content of all certificates for different awards.

2. After reading of the contents of all certificates to be given to the awardees, call
the name of first awardee, Mr. Erjhon Hingo based on the masterlist provided by
ma’am Alma)

SM: At this point, deserving graduates will now be awarded medals of honors and
certificates of achievements. We would like to request the parents of students with
honors or our awardees to come up on stage to give the awards to their children. They
will be assisted by our principal and the Schools Division Superintendent or her
representative and our guest speaker for this afternoon.

(CALLING OF NAMES OF STUDENTS BY THEIR AWARDS TO BE

MA: Now, you have the ticket to aim higher and dream bigger. Brace yourselves and
be prepared for more. Give yourselves a big, big hand for a job very well done.
CONGRATULATIONS to all of you, graduates and for your awards and
achievements!

SM: To inspire more our Graduates, we shall now hear important message from our guest
for this afternoon. And to introduce our special guest, Ladies and Gentlemen, may I
call in our School Principal, sir Ronaldo Rafael.

(MESSAGE OF THE GUEST SPEAKER)

MA: Thank you very much ma’am for the very inspiring and insightful message you
imparted this afternoon. Your words will surely guide our graduates as they tread a
new path in their lives. May your messages motivate them to strive harder.

LET’S GIVE THEM ANOTHER ROUND OF APPLAUSE.!!!

SM: Once again, thank you so much ma’am and of course, Congratulions to our
graduates! May you live with that promise for the betterment of your Alma Mater
and your improvement as responsible citizens of the nation. At this very moment,
let us all be inspired as our School Head tells his message in realizing such an
achievement.
With a warm, round of applause, lend your ears to our Principal, Mr Ronaldo
Rafael for the State of the School Address.

MA: Thank you so much sir and Congratulations to the graduates and of course to the
faculty and staff of Tabas National High School. At this moment, please join your
batch Second Honors, Mr. Albert I Magana in reciting the pledge of loyalty.
Gratuates, please rise.

SM: This time, let us now listen to the farewell message of our students as we hear them
sing their graduation song as tribute to their beloved parents and of course to their
teachers.

(SINGING OF GRADUATION SONG)

MA: And of course, we cannot end this occasion without the presence of our Batch First
Honors, Mark Neil P. Balce to give his Word of Thanks and tells his story in
realizing such an achievement. Please give him around of applause!
SM: In behalf of the School’s Administrative staff and faculty, we joyfully congratulate
the graduates, their parents and advisers. We sincerely thank all the donors of the
medals and awards, those who helped and supported us and all our guests who
attended this momentous event.

MA: We also gratefully acknowledge the presence of our the Schools Division
Superintendent or her representative, Dr Marlo Fiel Sultan and our guest speaker,
maam Alaiza Solarte for this afternoon’s occassion.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND MABUHAY!

SM: Friends, the recessional will be led by our guest, our Schools Division Superintendent
or Representative, Principal, Parents and Graduates.
