Dear Gorb Chef,
Greetings of the day.
We are working towards enhancing your experience with Gorb and realize that timely resolution of your issues is an important facet of our association.
We are implementing the escalation matrix to report your query/grievance to a higher level if it is not satisfactorily resolved.
Know the escalation matrix to report:
Step 1: Submission of your query / grievance.
- You will have to raise your issue only with your Menu Planner strictly by email. - If you did not receive any feedback within 6 hours from your Menu Planner, you can call him/her to enquire your status of your issue. - You will receive a detailed response within 24 hours from your menu planner.
Step 2: Escalation, if the query is not resolved within 24 hours.
- If you have not received a satisfactory response as per Step 1, you can escalate your issue to rohit.ingle@zee.esselgroup.com. - Upon receiving your email, you will receive an feedback and/or resolution within 24 hours.
Step 3: Escalation, if no resolution or not satisfied with feedback.
- In case you are still not satisfied with the feedback/resolution you can write in to mohit.chotrani@zee.esselgroup.com. - Your query will be examine properly and will be provided with best possible solution within 48 hours of receiving your query / grievance.
Please note the following:
1. For any pick up / delivery, containers or stickers related queries you must contact your Hub at provide number by your menu planner. If not resolved by them at given timeframe you may contact your menu planner. 2. Contact only during office hours: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm 3. Contact on weekend only through emails or text messages. In case of emergency which disturbs the current or next day’s menu you may call to your menu planner.
