Synopsis

This document is a dissertation report submitted by Supriya Gupta for their 5th year of study in architecture. The report investigates how landscape elements can integrate buildings. HYPOTHESIS: -
“Landscape elements define and integrate the buildings.”

INTRODUCTION:-
A portion of land or territory which the eye can comprehend in a single view,
including all the objects it contains. The elements which are used to design the land,
landscape elements.

OBJECTIVES:-
1. To study different types of landscape elements.
2. To study institutional campus, where the landscape element are used to
integrate different building.
3. To find out, which landscape elements are most commonly used to integrate
the building.

CASE STUDY

RESULT OF STUDY
With the help of case studies and observations done by me, i have concluded that site
structure and pavement are the most common landscape elements which are used to
integrate the buildings.
