JUSTIFICATION

The Delish Gustoko sell tasty homemade fish spring roll also

known as “lumpiang isda” with health benefits because it has potato

and carrots that adds flavor to the lumpia. Potatoes contain a

variety of phytonutrients that have antioxidant activity. It has

a very good source of vitamin B6 that have a vital nutrient for

healthy nervous system, bursting with vitamin C that gives a

healthy hair, skin, bones, teeth and gums, vitamin B1 that releases

energy from carbohydrates, iron for healthy blood, potassium

provider that helps control blood pressure, great source of folic

acid that helps make new cells and proteins, rich in carbohydrates,

no cholesterol and low calories. Same goes with the carrots, it

carries a lot of nutrients that adds nutrients in our body. Carrots

are good source of several vitamins and minerals especially (from

beta-carotene) which is converted to vitamin A in the human body

which protects skin against the sun and also prevents wrinkles,

acne, and drying of skin. Carrots help the liver flush out toxins.

The fiber in carrots also helps the colon movement. Another good

in eating carrots is it helps to eliminate muscle aches & pain

from physical exhaustion and also it is very effective in

accelerating weight loss. So, for the customers it is healthy to

eat “lumpia” for once in a while.

our customers as of they are our very important puzzle piece to

our business. Delish Gustoko accept delivery on the service to

our respected customers.

CONTENGENCIES

The Delish Gustoko are aiming to have a double amount of

money return after a days of selling. The materials to make

the products is quite pricey and there’s a chance to encounter

some risks along the way but we are confident in terms to our

products. We assure to the customers that it is worth to give

a try to our business.

IX. ENVIRONMENTAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

The Delish Gustoko was set to operate a food festival that

will sell food to the customers which is the students and teachers

in Mapanas Agro-Industrial High School (MAIHS).


The Delish Gustoko is approved by Mrs. Mia V. Palma a Senior

High School teacher in Entrepreneurship as well as to the teachers,

staff, and Principal of Mapanas Agro-industrial High School.

The Delish Gustoko owners are assuring everyone especially the

customers that the area where the business is located is clean and

a safe place to eat with. We do not violate any regulations inside

the school campus.

Gustoko contribute a cash to be able to have a capital to

start the business. Each person is required to lend some money

as one of the business members.

doubled after a days of performing/selling in a food festival.
