B. Analysis
Make the student answer the following questions
1. What is image file ?
2. Why do we need to study the image file insertion in computer?
3. What are the common trouble or problem that are usually encountered in
looking for image file?
4. Differentiate justify.
5. Enumerate text formatting.

C. Abstraction.
1. Putting photos in a Word document makes it more interesting and
widely use for better presentations and highlights points raised in the
text, whether it's a news release about a new product or a vacation
photo in a Christmas letter.
2. Microsoft Office supports most of the common image formats, which
means you can import almost any kind of photo or graphic into a Word
document to print. As long as Word can open an image, you can print
the image from Word. Certain image file-types print better than others,
though image size and resolution affect print quality more than file
type.

3. Microsoft Word supports images in most common file types: EMG,

GIF, JPG, PNG, BMP, WMF and TIFF. Additionally, with the use of
filters, you can add support to Word for images in CDR, CGM, EPS
and PCT format. Once you’ve imported an image into Word, you’ll be
able to print it as it appears on the screen. But some image formats are
better than others for retaining quality, so when printing large images -
- full page at 8.5 by 11 inches or bigger -- the type of file you use
begins to matter.

4. Text formatting refers to the attributes of text other than the actual text
itself. For example: bold, italics, underlining, color, and size, are all
formatting attributes of text.

D. Application
