    Announcing the arrival of our Keynote Speaker Col (Kernel) Ferdinand B. Lacadin, Cavalry Master of National
    Security Administration, Philippine Army, Officer-In-Charge of 3rd Regional Community Defense Group, Army Reserve
    Command, Philippine Army.(clap clap)

    Ladies and Gentlemen, GOOD MORNING! Welcome to the Joint Opening and Closing Ceremony of Company
    Refresher Training and Basic Citizen Military Training.

    National Anthem

    To start with the program, may we request everyone to please rise for the singing of the national anthem to be
    conducted by Sgt. Kyara Regina P. Marucut (RES) PA, followed by the invocation, to be led by Private First Class Alberto
    R. Mercado (RES) PA.

    Welcome Remarks

    At this point, may we call in Lieutenant (Kurnuhl) Honorio M. Soriano Jr. (RES) PA, Battalion Commander,303
    Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion for his Welcome Remarks.

    Presentation of Participants

    At this point in time, may we call in 2nd Lieutenant Gersham A. Decano (RES) PA, Operations Officer, 303 Ready
    Reserve Infantry Battalion for the presentation of participants.

    Declaration of Opening and Closing

    In this respect, we would like to request the presence of Major Brendo C. Maglasang, Infantry Philippine Army,
    Director of 303rd Pampanga Community Defense Center 3RCDG, for the Declaration of the Opening of Company
    Refresher Training and the Closing of the Basic Citizen Military Training.

    Introduction of the keynote speaker follows right after the declaration by none other than Major Brendo C.
    Maglasang himself.

    to be conducted by Sgt. Kyara Regina P. Marucut (RES) Pa.
