Eligibility
1. The Watsons Brand Switch.Save.Travel contest is organized by Watsons Malaysia [‘Organizer’]

and is open to all Watsons members aged 18 and above, with a valid MyKad as of 1st January 2019

[Participant”].

2. Individuals belonging to the groups listed below are not eligible for this contest:

a) The staff of the Organizer [including all its subsidiaries and related companies] and their immediate
family members [child, parents, siblings, spouses]; and/or

b) Representatives, staffs, workers and/or agents of suppliers of SMS, facebook, advertising and/or

promotional services to the Organizer [including all its subsidiaries and related companies], and their

immediate family members [child, parents, siblings, spouses]; and/or

c) Individuals that have a direct relationship or connection with any staff of the Organizer [including all

its subsidiaries and related companies] Period.

Duration

3. This Contest will commence from midnight 0:00:00, 04th July 2019 and will end on 23:59:59, 31st
July 2019 [“Contest Period”]. The Organizer has the right to make any amendments to the Contest

Period at any time without any notice. All entries received after 31st July 2019 will be void.

Participation/Entry Method

4. Participants may enter the contest via the method as explained below:

· 1 Entry - Purchase any Watsons brand products worth RM50 or above in a single receipt.

· 2 Entries - Purchase any participating Watsons brand products worth RM50 or above in a single

receipt. (Collagen by Watsons / Hair System by Watsons / Naturals by Watsons / Nutrabliss by

Watsons / Target Pro by Watsons / Dermaction Plus by Watsons)

· 5 Entry - Elite Member with purchase any Watsons brand products worth RM50 or above in a single

receipt.

· Participants must be a Watsons card member.

· Purchase can be made in any Watsons store, or Watsons Online Store @

Finalists Selection, Contest Prizes and Winner Announcement
5. 10 (Ten) Lucky Watsons members will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries

received by 31st July 2019, and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Organizer,

via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organizer.

6. Prizes of this contest are as below:

· 10 Destinations Holiday Packages for 3D2N total worth over RM80,000 for two inclusive of return

flight and hotel. The 10 destinations Holiday Packages are Bali, Busan, Chiang Mai, Gold Coast, Jeju,
Krabi, Lombok, Melbourne, Phuket & Seoul.

7. The risks of redeeming prizes are in the hands of the prize winners. All relevant costs and

expenses to redeem one’s prizes are borne by the winners themselves.

8. The decisions made by the judges/the Organizer are final, binding and indisputable. Any form of

disputes and/or complaints through any kinds of medium will not be entertained.

9. The winner is bound by the terms and conditions that come with the prize. The acceptance of prize

indicates the acknowledgment and agreement of such terms and conditions.

10. The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable. Failure to accept prize by the winner once

informed via Watsons Malaysia when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner and

The Organizer reserves it rights to award the prize to another winner. Any cancellation and/ or refund
request once the booking of the prize has been made is strictly not allowed.

Organizer Rights
11.The Organizer reserves its sole right and discretion to delete, remove, not consider or reject

content that is deemed by it to be improper or offensive in whatever nature.

12. The Organizer reserves its rights to publish or display materials or information, including but not

limited to the names of all Participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any

manner it deems appropriate. The Organizer further reserves its right to use any personal data of
Participants in any manner and/or for any purpose it deems fit and the Participants are deemed to

consent to such use by participating in the Contest with no monetary payment whatsoever.
13. The Organizer reserves its right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest with or without any
prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the

Organizer shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any

and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation,
termination or suspension.

14. By participating in the Contest, Participants are deemed to agree to be bound by the Terms and
subject to the Conditions herein set out upon submission of entry. The terms and conditions herein

shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any

other promotional or advertising materials for the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict,
ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other languages version of these

terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.

15. The Organizer reserves its right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions

and/or substitute or change or replace the gifts from time to time without any prior notice.

16. The decisions of the Organizer in relation to every aspect of the Contest including but not limited

to the type of prize and winner shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no

complaint from any Participants will be entertained.

17. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any other

benefits in kind.

18. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to

use the Prize as stated.

19. The Organizer shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct,

indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the winner or
their guest in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize,

except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the

minimum allowable by law).

20. The Organizer retains the right to substitute the Prize with another of similar value in the event the

original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Publicity
21. The acceptance of contest prizes are taken as permission being granted to the Organizer and its

agencies to use the name and/or the photo of the participants for publicity, advertising and/or

marketing purposes without prior notice and/or compensations.

Adhering to Contest Terms and Conditions

22. Besides these Terms and Conditions, all other conditions and methods for entering this contest as
stated in https://www.watsons.com.my/promo-ssw otherwise are binding to all Participants and their

Contest entries.

23. In the event of any contradictions that involve these Terms and Conditions with any other terms

contained in any other promotional collateral for this Contest, the terms found in
https://www.watsons.com.my/promo-ssw will take precedence and be utilized.

24. By entering this Contest, Participants are presumed to have read and agree with all the terms and

conditions contained here and will adhere to all and/or any decisions that have been made by the

Organizer.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

25. The Organizer has the right to change, amend, exclude or add the Contest Terms and Conditions

without prior notice, at any point of time and all Participants are bound to these changes.

Suspension

26. The Organizer also has the right to void or cancel, redesign, suspend or postpone this Contest in

the event of any unexpected circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

Data Protection

27. By participating in this contest and/or providing your personal data to the Organizer, you warrant
and represent that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy enclosed to these Terms and

Conditions and you consent to the Organizer’s processing of your personal data in accordance with

said Privacy Policy. You agree to indemnity, defend, and hold the Organizer harmless against any
loss, damages, costs, claims, actions, or liabilities occurring due to your breach of the aforesaid

warranty and representation.

28. The Organizer has taken the relevant cautionary and security measures to ensure the

safekeeping all of the Participants’ personal data, and requires all third party data processors to
comply to the same measures. Please note, however, that the Organizer can present the Participants’

personal data should it be required to do so by the law, or by a search warrant, subpoena, or court

order.

TERMS & CONDITION FOR AIRASIA FLIGHT PRIZE - AirAsia’s Complimentary Voucher

1. The voucher is only valid for use on or before the date stated for the redemption of AirAsia
and AirAsia X seats. The voucher holder ("Holder") does not need to be a passenger of flight
("Passenger") of any voucher redeemed.
2. Each seat shall be for the sector stated on voucher. Any requests to change sector(s) are
strictly not allowed and will not be entertained.
3. Both travel and redemption period must be within time frame as stated above (outgoing and
return flights must be completed within this period) and are non-refundable, non-transferable
and not exchangeable for any other benefits in kind.
4. The validity period of this voucher cannot be extended. Any voucher not redeemed within the
validity period shall be deemed surrendered and forfeited. There will be no extension given
once the validity period has expired.
5. The voucher is not for sale and non-convertible to cash of kind. Void if torn, amended,
transferred, purchased, sold or prohibited by law. Bookings made under the Voucher are
non-refundable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for any other benefits in kind.
6. The voucher is applicable for the BASE FARE of the flight only. The voucher DOES NOT
include all relevant airport taxes and fees, insurance surcharge, Service Fee, and Baggage,
IWJR (Must Be Paid before Departure) and Seat and other costs of personal nature, including
but not limited to travel insurance, passports, visas and taxes. Compliance with any health or
other government requirements is the responsibility of the/each Holder/ Passenger.
7. The Holder/ Passenger are sole responsible for the payment of all airport tax, insurance,
administration fee and other surcharges to be paid to AirAsia for the booking of seats and the
payment must be paid with payment options available during voucher redemption.
8. Each voucher shall be redeemed for 2 Passenger only and this voucher can only be used
once.
9. All flight bookings made are subject to seat availability. Bookings CANNOT be made on
flights during weekends (Weekends refer to Friday & Saturday), eve of public holidays, public
holidays and other embargo periods. (based on respective countries calendar)
10. Bookings must be made more than seven (7) days prior to departure.
11. Once a booking is confirmed with this voucher, the Holder/Passenger is strictly not allowed or
permitted for flight change, flight date/ time change and name change.
12. AirAsia and AirAsia X accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited
to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or
suffered by the Holder/Passenger in connection with the redemption of the voucher.
13. AirAsia and AirAsia X retains the right to substitute the voucher with another of similar value
in the event the original voucher offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its
reasonable control.
14. By making a booking, the Holder/ Passenger are deemed to have agreed to the terms and
conditions of the voucher as well as AirAsia and AirAsia X's terms and conditions of carriage
available at airasia.com.
15. AirAsia and AirAsia X reserves the right to amend the Complimentary Voucher terms and
conditions herein at any time without prior notice.
16. Cancellation, Changes of Schedules: At any time after a booking has been made AirAsia and
AirAsia X may change the Schedules and / or cancel, terminate, divert, postpone reschedule
or delay any flight due to circumstances beyond its control or for reasons of safety or
 commercial reasons. In the event of such flight cancellation, AirAsia and AirAsia X shall at its
discretion carry you at the earliest opportunity on another scheduled services without
additional charge.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AIRASIAGO HOTEL PRIZE

1. The prize will be offered Coupon may be applied to hotel-only bookings (not a hotel booking
in combination with any other product such as flight + hotel or flight + hotel + car) made online
with www.airasiago.com.my/(“AirAsiaGo Site”). The Coupon can only be used for pre-pay
bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination.
2. The Coupon cannot be redeemed against bookings which are not for Eligible Hotels. An
“Eligible Hotel” refers to a hotel labelled “ AirAsiaGo Rate” which is not on the exclusion list in
https://www.airasiago.com.my/p/corporate/coupon-exclude-hotels(“Exclusion List”) and for
which payment is made at the time of booking to AirAsiaGo. The Exclusion List may be
amended from time to time without prior notice.
3. The Coupon entitles you to the value off the price of the relevant travel reservation before the
application of any taxes, tax recovery charges, applicable fees or additional costs.
4. The Coupon cannot be redeemed against taxes, tax recovery charges, supplier fees,
cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges,
which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. The Coupon is valid only until 31 December 2019 and when booked on the
www.airasiago.com.my only.
6. Usual booking terms & conditions apply (see

7. The Coupon can only be used by you once but only one Coupon per transaction may be
used. In a multiple-room hotel booking, the Discount will be applied to only one room.
8. The Coupon may not be used or combined with other coupons, promotions or special offers.
9. The Coupon cannot be used for any booking previously made. It will be deemed fully
redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. The Coupon has no cash value and no
refunds or cash alternative will be offered. There is no residual value and no credit will be
issued if the purchase amount is less than the Discount. The Coupon may not be re-used,
even in the event that you change or cancel the booking.
10. The Coupon is void where prohibited by law and may only be used by legal residents of

13. This Coupon may not be transferred or sold. Coupon obtained through unauthorized
channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any
way will be deemed void.
14. If AirAsiaGo becomes aware, or has reason to suspect (in AirAsiaGo’s reasonable opinion),
that a customer: (a) made multiple bookings on the AirAsiaGo Site using the Coupon with a
view to re-selling any accommodation; or (b) otherwise engaged in conduct which impacts on
the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, AirAsiaGo may, in its absolute discretion,
cancel all bookings made by the customer using the Coupon without giving any reasons
thereon.
15. For avoidance of doubt, this Coupon can only be used by a customer making a booking
directly on the AirAsiaGo Site, and cannot be used through or by a third-party travel agent or
intermediary.
16. AirAsiaGo reserves the right to vary conditions of use of the Coupon or to withdraw the
Coupon at any time. AirAsiaGo's decision is final in all matters relating to this offer.
17. Terms and conditions of this Coupon are as written and cannot be changed by any
representation of any unauthorized person, including employees of AirAsiaGo. These terms
and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
