RAMEL: It is with great pride and honor that we welcome all of you
to celebrate the success and achievement of our pupil and
student athletes as we gather here this afternoon for the
closing ceremony of 22nd Caraga Athletic Association
Regional Sports Competition. Sports events such as this
are meant to showcase the collective talent of the youth
rather than only recognizing winners. A winner exists
because someone dared to stand up and lose. For a height,
there has to be depth. I think the thrill of life is in holding
up both.
