RAMEL: It is with great pride and honor that we welcome all of you
to celebrate the success and achievement of our pupil and
student athletes as we gather here this afternoon for the
closing ceremony of 22nd Caraga Athletic Association
Regional Sports Competition. Sports events such as this
are meant to showcase the collective talent of the youth
rather than only recognizing winners. A winner exists
because someone dared to stand up and lose. For a height,
there has to be depth. I think the thrill of life is in holding
up both.

enthusiasm which is a vital change in the cycle of routines.
It inspires both the participants and spectators. They build
physical stamina and teach us to take victories and defeats
in our stride. Very important lessons of life are woven into
these fights and today we will soon find out who will be our
representatives to the Palarong Pambansa.

RAMEL: You are totally right, Ma’am Grace. Energy and excitement
is surging from everywhere and everyone. Well, then, let’s
