4- Operating video-conference devices, remote systems and internet connections.
5- Dealing with the continuous and sudden troubleshoots.
6- Performing the daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance duties regularly and devices
cleanliness.
7- Recording the troubleshooting regularly and following up the work hours of computer and
remote system devices.
8- Running. And installing windows system for PCs.
9- Communicating with technical support specialists in solving any troubleshooting issues.
10- Being in charge of security in the center.
11- Being in charge of managing the center in case of the manager absence.

I have selected three university courses for my MA study in the field of computer networks as this
relates directly with my previous academic study in the field of educational technology. I expect that
studying this course will improve my knowledge. The course also relates directly with my
professional experience as an Operating Devices and Networks Specialist at The Ministry of
Education "Video conference Training Center". I expect that this course will improve my skills and
provide me with rich practical experience. These knowledge, skills, and experiences will benefit me
in my career development and will help me improve my work environment and my community.
I usually help my colleagues at work, my neighbors and my friends who asking for advising or
assistance in computer and networks. Furthermore, I used to provide the technical support officers
at the General Cabinet of Ismailia governorate with any technical consultancy.
Chevening Scholarship and getting the M.Sc. of computer networks will give me the opportunity to
get hired at the center of technological development (TDC) in Ismailia as an executive manager or
as a director of the technological infrastructure directorate in the Ministry of Education in Ismailia.
This will enable me to achieve my goals and serve my community and my country.
After completing the scholarship, I can help my community in providing teachers, directors,
executive managers in educational departments and directories with IT training courses.
Moreover, I can improve my society by building many websites like blogs, social media websites in
order to transfer my experience to others.

I work also as volunteer at AL-Sahaba association for caring of orphaned children which is a non-
profit organization based in Ismailia. I help this association by providing technical support and
computer maintenance and providing training for children in the basic skills of using computer.
