Frequency Spectrum On XXX Operators

The document provides frequency allocation details for 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2100MHz and a proposed 2300MHz allocation. For 900MHz it allocates 5MHz for GU/GL and 4.2MHz for GUL in specific E and P bands. For 1800MHz it allocates 10MHz or 15MHz for LTE in specific DL/UL EARFCN ranges and shows the corresponding GSM configuration. For 2100MHz it shows the current UMTS carrier allocation and proposes shifting one carrier to LTE with specific EARFCN. For 2300MHz it proposes a 20MHz and 10MHz TDD block with specified central frequencies and EARFCN.
