Safety Requirement

1. Hand or Finger is liable to get trapped between punch & die. Do not leave your hand / finger anytime between punch & die 'V' portion.
2. If two operators are using bending machine, only one operator should operate the pedal. Second operator must say 'OK' to first operator before ped
3. Beware of blank turning during bending.

Fixture / Tool change procedure

1. Punch & Die setting will be change as per drawing.

Instructions:
