    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    Partial payment is hereby made in consideration of a sale of a parcel of land, between:

    MICHAEL MORALES QUILIT, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence and
    postal address at #0436, Baraca Camachile, Subic, Zambales, hereinafter referred to as
    the SELLER;

    -AND-

    MARIA CATHYREN GILBER, of legal age, single, Filipino and with residence and postal
    address at Ilwas, Subic, Zambales, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

    WITNESSETH;

    WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a parcel of land located at Barangay
    Manganvaca, Subic, Zambales and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 044-2013001050
    containing a total area of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO (262) SQUARE METERS and more
    particularly described as follows:

    by Lot 17420-A-11 (Road 5.00 M. Wide); On the SW, Along Line 2-3 by Lot 17420-A-7; on the
    NW, along line 3-4 by Lot 17420-A-12 (Canal); on the NE, along line 4-1 by Lot 17420-A-5, All
    of the Subdivision Plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on Plan, Being N. 2 Deg. 27’E., 935.01
    M. From BLLM No. 1, Subic Cadastre

    NOW THEREFORE, for and in partial payment of the consideration of the sum of EIGHT
    HUNDRED THOUSAND (P 800,000.00) Philippine Currency, the BUYER hereby hand the amount
    of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P500,000.00) Philippine Currency and the SELLER hereby
    RECEIVE and ACKNOWLEDGE the said partial payment.
