    Liver Transplant, Renal  IMM or those who have completed FCPS Part II Training.
    1. Transplant, Bone Marrow Experience:
    Transplant, ICU, ER, Wards,  One year House Job
    Paeds, Dialysis, Diabetic Foot  Working / training experience in the relevant field for minimum of two

    Qualification:
     MBBS
    Specialist
     Diploma in Cardiology / ENT.
    2. (Chest Pain Clinic, CCU,
    Experience:
    ENT)
     Two years working / training experience after house job in cardiology /
    ENT.
    Qualification:
     MBBS
    3. Medical Officer Experience:
     One year house job.
     One year working experience in hospital setup.
    Qualification: MCPS / FCPS
    4. Consultant Anaesthetist
    Experience: 02 years relevant experience.
    Qualification: D-Pharm / B- Pharm With M.Phil.
    5. Chief Pharmacist
    Experience: 10 years relevant experience.
    Qualification: D-Pharm / B- Pharm With M.Phil.
    6. Pharmacist
    Experience: 2 years relevant experience.
    Qualification: Intermediate with 3 years diploma in general nursing.
    Diabetic Foot Dresser /
    7. Experience: One year relevant working experience in any recognized Hospital,
    Registered Nurse
    Registered with PNC.
    Technician
    Qualification: Minimum Matric with Diploma / Certification Course in relevant
    (O.T Technician, Anaesthesia
    field.
    8. Technician, Dialysis
    Experience: Minimum one year relevant working experience in any recognized
    Technician, ICU Technician,
    Hospital.
    Sleep Lab Technician)
    1. Only Sindh domiciled are eligible.
    2. Application should be sent along with two photographs, one set of attested photocopy of relevant documents in a
    sealed envelope, with three current referral letters and brief curriculum vitae.
    3. Incomplete application in any manner will be rejected.
    4. All information will be kept confidential.
    5. In case of larger number of candidates for any post, a Pre Interview Test (MCQ) will be held to short list the
    Candidates.
    6. Please clearly mention the name of post on the right top of envelope.
    7. Institution reserves the right to reject any or all the Applications.
    8. Only short listed candidates will be entertained for interview.
    9. Applicant currently in Government service should apply through proper channel.
    10.No TA/DA will be admissible.

    Last date for submission of application forms is July 18, 2017 and application should be sent only through
    courier on the postal address given below.
