    Public Services – Finance Department- Departmental Promotion Committee for preparation of


    panels to the First Level Gazetted and Second Level Gazetted posts in Finance Secretariat
    Department – Reconstituted-Orders-Issued.

    Read the following:

    1.G.O.Rt.No.45, Finance (OP.I) Department, Dated:10.01.2019.


    2.G.O.Rt.No.,1181, General Administration (SC.A) Department, dated:30.05.2019.
    3. G.O.Rt.No.1217, General Administration (SC.A) Department, dated:04.06.2019

    ORDER:

    In the G.O. first read above Departmental Promotion Committee was reconstituted for
    First Level Gazetted and Second Level Gazetted posts in Finance Secretariat Department and
    the term of the said Committee has been stipulated upto 10.01.2021 or their reconstitution,
    whichever is later.

    2. In the above said G.O. Sri Peeyush Kumar, IAS, Secretary to Government (FP) was
    nominated as Member in the Departmental Promotion Committee. In the reference third read
    above , Sri Peeyush Kumar, IAS, Secretary to Government (FP) has been transferred and
    posted as Commissioner, Commercial Taxes.

    3. Consequent on transfer of the member, and in supersession of the orders issued in the
    reference first read above, the Departmental Promotion Committee for preparation of panels for
    promotion to the First Level Gazetted and Second Level Gazetted posts in Finance Secretariat
    Department, is hereby reconstituted with the following officers:
    i. Sri Shamsher Singh Rawat, IAS, Principal Finance Secretary : Chairman
    ii. Sri M.Ravi Chandra, I.A.S., Secretary to Government : Member
    (Expenditure)
    iii. Dr. K.V.V Satyanarayana, IRAS, Special Secretary to : Member /Convener
    Government (B&IF)

    4. The term of the above committee shall be for two years with effect from the date of
    issue of these orders.
