I. Login to SAP with using GUI – Graphical User Interface

Get ready to start SAP –

1. Check point is whether SAP GUI is installed on your Personal Computer. If not installed
then you have to install this GUI on your PC.

2. Check point is whether your system / PC is connected with MSEDCL’s network. If not
connected, then contact your IT support team to get connection.

3. Finally check SAP Logon shortcut on your PC’s desktop.

Check this Shortcut button on your


PC‘s Desktop. Double click on this
shortcut, it will guide to Login

Double click on this


Connections link and it will
open SAP logon screen.

Insert Your User Name in User area like: EETRC

Press tab or click in password area and insert Password


properly.

(Note: Do not attempt wrong password/User name 3


times otherwise your user will get locked)

After Login successfully SAP Main Screen will open as shown below

II. Entry to Transaction DF Interest Sheet Calculation (ZDFINTEREST1) : -

- Enter The Tcode ZDFINTEREST1 for DF Interest sheet Calculation.

process ZDFINTEREST1

II. Transaction DF Interest Sheet Calculation Process:-

1. CREATE Mode :-

- The main screen of transaction will be in Create mode by default.

1 . Enter Date :- Enter the date before the next invoice has to be created.

(For Eg:- if the next date for invoice is 29.04.2014 so run the sheet for the date
28.04.2014)

2. Enter DF Code :- Enter the DF code .

3. Running The Interest Sheet : -

Click the Execute button to run the interest sheet . As shown below the interest sheet
will run till date you have enter (For Eg : 28.04.2014)

4. Interest on SD & PD & Truing up Entry : - If you wanted to enter Interest on


SD & PD & Truing up .Press on change button shown on bar

I) The column for Interest on SD & PD & Truing up will become active .(As
Shown Below )

II) Once the Int . on SD & PD & Truing up become active enter its value.

Enter the Int . on SD & PD &


Truing value .

III) Once you have enter the Interest on SD & PD & Truing on Click/Press on GET
DATA button to run the new interest sheet with entered interest .

To change the interest sheet


according to the Int. on SD & PD
& Truing Press button Get data

IV) The updated Interest sheet is shown below .

5. Saving The Interest Sheet Data :-

I. Now save the interest sheet by pressing the save button on Menu bar.

Save the Interest sheet By


clicking on save button.

II. Message for save will appear.

2.DISPLAY Mode :-

- Go to Transaction ZDFINTEREST1 and press the display button.

Click On Display Button .

- Enter the date and Df Code for the interest sheet to be displayed

- Click on execute button on the bar to display the interest sheet for the date
entered below .

Click on Execute Button

- The Interest sheet can be seen in display mode .

IV. Important Points.

1. The transaction will be in Create mode by default.
