TO MOTIVATE THE FARMERS FOR ADOPTION OF IMPROVED AGRICULTURE
PRACTICE FOR ENHANCEMENT OF CROP PRODUCTION AND PRODUCTIVITY:-
Poor Water Utilization:
Reduced supply, poor quality, and higher water costs are a growing concern. Water
restrictions are regularly imposed on farmers by state legislators as a result of persistent drought,
especially in the western part of the United States. These restrictions have had a negative impact
on crop yields. Water shortages affect the ability to provide food for our world’s growing
population. In a world where two billion people lack access to clean water, efficient and
sustainable farming practices are key.
Improve Soil, Increase Crop Yield:
To increase crop yield, start from the ground up. Testing soils to determine the cause of
declining crop yield is the first step toward finding the source of the issue—whether it’s disease, a
lack of nutrients, or unproductive soil. Then the soil can be treated with the appropriate organic
product needed to solve the problem, without the use of synthetic chemicals which can harm the
environment (and provide only a temporary solution).

It is also suggested that efforts should be made to plug the loopholes in the existing land
legislations so that the surplus land may be distributed among the small and marginal farmers.
The administrative set-up should be streamlined and corrupt elements should also be punished.
It will help to implement the law properly.

1.1.1.4 Co-operative Farming:

To check the sub-division and fragmentation of holding, the movement of co-operative
farming should be launched. Co-operative farming would result in the adoption of modern
technology on so-called big farms. In this way, agriculture will become profitable occupation
through economies of large-scale farming.
COMMENTS:
Israel country has invented Boomer machine. Now the farmers are using this boomer
machine. The range of this machine is top 20fts,left 20fts,right 20fts.
They use phosphate and diammonium phosphate as fertilizers. They prefer Red soil.
