Proposed Activity: Org Day ‘18


Proposed Date of Effectivity: June 2018
Objectives:
1. To help promote the Anti-Bullying Campaign in our school.
2. To uplift the confidence of the students and to feel empowered.
3. To minimize the bullies and victims inside and outside the campus.

Rationale:
Bullying is the act of violation, verbally, physically or mentally, that is being repeated
over time. Teachers often underestimate how much bullying is occurring at their schools and
only a few parents tend to be aware about it, leaving the bully open to its target and the victim
fear its predator.
This July, the Supreme Student Government come up with the idea of a Forum Theater.
Students are much more likely to give attention in media and to give their opinions freely
about it as to what their emotions is pushing them to.
During the Forum Theater, students will be watching a movie/video related to the topic of
the Anti-Bullying Campaign. After the media presentation, an open forum will be conducted.
The Forum Theater Project is also a way of spreading information about bullying, its cause and
effects, how to eradicate this economical disease, and to send word to knows who are not yet
educated about this universal crisis.
The said activity is open to all and will be held in Surigao del Norte National High
School Covered Court on 15th of June. The flow of activities is attached herewith and shall be
followed accordingly upon approval.
