Project Title: House Rental System

Introduction:

Rental house management has become important factor in modern society hence the need to have a
house rental management system.
This is such a system which can provide house rent facility to bachelors , other peoples . The “ House
Rental ” website is such a system , which can provide the facilities from any place with very low cost . This
system is very much efficient and effective because it is fully automated . My main aim to build a complete
“ House Rental successfully which will be fully automated online house rent system with very low cost .
This system will ensure that they can get their house without going to the house physically .

Literature Survey/ Background Analysis:

[It is different from the introduction. The introduction only contains the preliminary information and overviews
about thesis/project topic. But the background of study is to represent detailed information about the research
area.

* Brief review of current knowledge and outline the current situation of the area.
*Give some theoretical explanation about already implemented system of related topic.
*Mention already implemented methodologies and finding out the limitations (if possible).
*Introduce the new ideas/improvements in existing methodologies you will be using throughout the
thesis/project.]

Methodology/ Working Procedure: This is the most important part of the whole thesis/project. It can also
be called design section based on the theoretical concept.

[This section includes step by step working procedure (each step should mention specific method/term) up to
final result any flowchart or DFD (Data Flow Diagram.]

Result: Based on the methodology section the expected outcome should discuss here shortly.

Conclusion:

The focus of this research project is basically managing housing for low income, medium and high
incomes households or what is commonly known as affordable housing. So if I could use the project to
work well then many people will benefit from this website if is completely done.
