2 - AU SOP Guide

The personal statement for a study permit application in Australia must explain the applicant's reasons for choosing their intended course of study, education provider, and country of study. It should address why they chose Australia over their home country or other countries, how the course relates to the applicant's background and future career plans, and demonstrate that they will return home after completing their studies. The statement must show that the applicant is a genuine student and temporary entrant to Australia.
