This recipe is for coloured milk mochi. It uses sago flour, milk powder, pandan leaves, condensed milk and food colouring. The sago flour and pandan leaves are roasted for 15 minutes and then mixed with the milk powder and condensed milk in a bowl. Food colouring is added and the dough is shaped into balls and rolled in powdered milk. The mochi balls are refrigerated until cold and ready to serve.

COLOURED MILK MOCHI 

By Edita Varisha Hakiki, Kelas 5 C 
 
INGREDIENTS   
100 grams sago flour,  

2 Table spoon milk powder, 

2 Sheet of Pandan leaves, 

1 Sachet condensed milk, 

food colour of your choices, 

 
 
 
INSTRUCTION 
Roasting the sago flour and Pandan leaves for 15 minutes until dry and put it in a bowl 
 

                
 
After roasted sago flour cooled, mixed powder milk and condensed milk in the bowl until combined

Add food colour of your choices and shaped the dough to ball shape
