Our distinguished guest of honor and speaker, our amiable monitoring district

supervisor, Mme Sonia C. Adversalo, our quality principal Sir Cristito C. Aquino,
very supportive punong barangay, Don Salvador C. Cerezo and his councils, our
hardworking PTA President Mr. Wilson S. Callao, and his officials, my dear
graduates, co-teachers, visitors, loving parents, ladies and gentlemen, maabig ya
kabwasan ed sikayon amin.

First of all I would like to extend our deepest gratitude to our guest of honor and
speaker for accepting the invitation for this Closing Exercises. Thank you very
much, may you will serve as an inspiration to our graduates.

Our honored guest is young, beautiful and humble lady who graduated in this
school, year 1993. Born in July 20, 1981. She is a productive and asset to us, to her
friends particularly to his parents. Mr.________________________________

During her high school days she was an active performer in every school activities
where she was admire by the campus because of her talent and adorable charm.
She graduated at Dagupan City National High School on March 1997.

Our guest is a woman of substance who value education very much, she believe
that education is an avenue towards success. She pursue her college education in
University of Luzon and graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in
Accountancy on March 2001.
A lady with brilliant career, our guest did not stop soaring high. She took up her
masteral degree in Accountancy at Saint Louis University with Thesis 2 in progress
and Master in Business Administration at Lyceum Northwestern University on
April 2015.
Our guest passed the Career Service Examination SUB-Professional Level on
August 20, 2000. On July 15, 2001 she also passed the Career Service Examination
Professional Level. Year 2002, month of May, it was a red letter day for our vibrant
guest because she successfully passed the CPA Licensure Examination at Baguio
City.
Because our guest has dedication and commitment she worked as Marketing
Assistant at Jollibee Foods Corporation, Dagupan City on April 1999 to March
2001. She was assigned as Corporate Accountant at National Irrigation
Administration Regional Office I from January 2003 to April 2011. Truly has
willingness to accept responsibilities and self-discipline, she was promoted as
Financial Planning Specialist at National Irrigation Administration Regional Office
I, from April 2011 up to the present.
Our guest was raised with virtues and possessed a good value, she joined various
association and organization as lifetime member at Philippine Institute for
Certified Public Accountant (PICPA), Government Association of Certified Public
Accountant (GACPA), Philippine Association for Government Budget
Administration (PAGBA), served as Chapter Auditor from 2013 to present at
National Irrigation Administration Employees Association of the Philippines and a
Board of Director from 2008 to present at NIA- Region I Multi- Purpose
Coopeartive.
Ladies and gentlemen, with honor and pride, I now present to you our guest of
honor and speaker, a Certified Public Accountant, VANESSA C. MOULIC.
