Week Challenge
Frequency (F): You must be active every day to meet your challenge.
Intensity (I): Each activity must be moderate to high intensity e.g. you sweat and your heart rate
increases.
Time (T): Activities should last a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes with or without a break.
Type (T): Boxing will count for active days on Wed and Thurs. (pick other kinds of activity too)
