PFMEA
1) As per PFD
5 2) fit from function parameter failure modes
3) correct rating & RPN
4) Top ten RPN must be need to list out.
5) Top RPN improvement Action plan from supplier.
6) SC &CC characteristics need to be highlighted.

Control Plan
1) As per PFMEA.
2) Production control plan need to submit.
3) All parameters must be included.
6 4) Correct selection of All instruments for all parameters.
5) Inspection frequency must be defined.
6) First piece inspection parameters must be same as per control plan.
7) Operation wise quality plan.
8)SC & CC parameter must be measured during first piece.If any third party inspection required so
define the frequency.

ISIR
1) all parameters including notes.
2) All dimensions must be within spec. by the correct instruments.
7 3) ISIR Summary shuold include list of nc parameters in ISIR.
4) ISIR must be signed off.
5) Material Test reports ,third party & Raw material Suppliers.
6) Salt spray report if applicable.
7) Outside lab report applicable for CC & SC parameter.

SPC & MSA


8 1) Include all SC & CC parameters.
2) Ppk value must be measured <1,69
3) MSA report for SPC parameter.
9 Packaging sign off including RPO specification (MSDS & TDS)
