1. Tell me about yourself


My name is Maulana Ikromullah. My nickname is Ikrom. I’m 21 years old. I’m born
in Lumajang I currently studyingat State of Polytechnic Jember and will graduate
with a degree in Information technology in June 2015. I really like the new stuff,
which makes me to work harder.

2. What about this job interests you?


I like your company because the company i worked with you i can work as good as
possible and work hard.

3. What are your career expectations and would you tell me what do you see yourself
five years from now?
within the next 5 years, I will work hard for your company. I will show that your
company can compete with other companies and will become the number one
company in Indonesia

4. Why did you leave your job as a …?


I came out as. there because I could not develop my abilities. And I found this
company that I feel is appropriate. And in an effort to continue to progress and
develop.

5. What are your strengths?


I was not a quitter and that I love a challenge, and I also work hard to get what I
want..

6. What are your weaknesses and how will you improve all of those?
I am a person who is difficult to adapt to the new environment. but I can cover it with
a creative nature that I have to be able to understand the new environment. Therefore I
will be easy to work with the team at this company and promote this company.

7. What are your salary expectations?


I need some information to answer this question. It would be nice if you give me
some input to the value of salary will I receive in this company with the ability that I
have. Because I am still new in this area.
