Warranty Terms and Conditions

We offer a 12 month warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase.
The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.

Returns

Prior to returning the item, we recommend you review the following points as the warranty will not be
honoured in these cases:

Failure to follow instructions clearly outlined in the manual


Failure to follow instructions provided via email
Failure to adequately maintain the equipment
Neglect, misuse, or abuse
Modifying, altering or tampering with the unit other than for routine servicing
Failure to package the unit adequately to prevent damage in transit

In the above instances, the sender will be charged a service fee and any freight charges paid by us. Where
money is owed for repairs and/or freight, we are entitled to hold onto the item until payment is made.

Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution we offer may vary.

The outcome of the inspection to take no longer than 8 business days from the date the item is received by
our service department.
