1. Click the Microsoft Excel
2. Open a Spreadsheet Program
3. Enter the Data on the Spreadsheet
4. Go to Insert and Highlight your data
5. Choose a Bar Graph
6. Enter the title of the Chart
7. Lastly, edit your Chart to make it presentable

giving grades individually and add graphs by following the steps to make it.
The teacher will facilitate the pupils in this activities:
Task: Create a table with names, semester, year level/grades, calculates the grade
point average and draw a suitable graph.
