Assignment No. 1
Project management is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the
work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time.
The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given
constraints. Discuss those constraints in detail and how these constrains can be overcome in order
to run projects execution well in time and resources.

Assignment No. 2
Select a company which is currently running a project in your town ask him what is the process to
run a project, what different initiatives are require to pursue a project, and when the team of a
project has been finalized how different tasks and activates are divided into group members and
what different paper work is performed in order to put a strong control on the project performance.

Assignment No. 3
In a world of limited funds, as a project manager you’re constantly deciding how to get the most
return for your investment. The more accurate your estimate of project cost is, the better able you
will be to manage your project’s budget. Therefore, estimating a project’s costs is important for
several reasons. Discuss those reasons prepare plan for cost management, estimate cost, and
determine budgets for your selected company’s project.

Assignment No. 4
In today’s competitive environment lot of tools are facilitating the work of Project Managers and
their team to achieve their goals. Discuss some tools and applications that can facilitate project
managers to complete their projects.
