Possible life-savers..
meal plan| don’t be caught asking what’s for dinner again
Write meal plans in your Monthly Log, jot down a list at the start of each week in a Daily or Weekly
Log, or simply keep a master list of brainless meals that you choose from each day.

daily habits | track what matters to you

Create grids to log exercise, reading goals, water intake, or whatever matters to you. If logging it
motivates you, do it. If it makes you feel guilty, skip it. You’re just clogging up a page and your soul.

cleaning routine | the easiest way to make your house not gross
Everyone cleans differently, so do what works for you. Log daily tasks, daily zones, or simple
weekend goals, i.e. do laundry. Keep it simple and realistic, but sometimes logging helps.

home details | never forget the name of another paint color

Have a collection of information you always wish you had at Lowe’s: paint colors, room and
furniture dimensions, appliance models, etc. Also list needed items to avoid impulse buys.

gift LIST| never forget what will make them smile

Keep a running list of items you see in stores, hear your people casually mention, or have an idea
for in the shower. When it’s time to give, you’re ready. Keep a list of things you’d like to receive, too.

kids clothing storage | know what’s waiting

You store the clothes but forget what’s there. Create a list to remind you so that you don’t get
caught up in a clothing sale and buy items you already have. Alternatively, list what you need.

It’s a tool, not a torture device. Only use it if it brings you joy.
