Equipment Type Gas Range With Oven
Equipment Code BPP-001-022019
Location Practical Working Area
Operation Procedure:
1. How to use the top burners (Gas Burner)
 Gas flow to the burner is adjusted by turning the knobs
which control the valves.
 Turning the knob so that the indicator line points to the
symbols printed on the panel achieves the following; OFF-
closed valve, HI-maximum rate, LO-minimum rate
 The maximum aperture position permits rapid boiling of
liquids, whereas the minimum aperture position allows
slimmer warming of food or maintaining the boiling condition
of liquids.
2. How to use the Gas Oven
 The gas oven provided with two burners.
 The gas flow to the burner is regulated by a thermostat which
allow to maintain the oven temperature constant.
 The probe must be always kept in its housing, in a clean
condition, as an incorrect position may cause an alteration in
the control of the temperature.
 The oven thermostat, the numbers printed on the control
panel indicate the increasing oven temperature valve. To
regulate the temperature, set the chosen number onto the
control knob indicator.
