Final Interview

1. What is Customer Service?

3. How to handle irate customer?
4. How to troubleshoot a mouse or keyboard

 The USB connection may be loose. Try unplugging the mouse and plugging it
back in.6
 Plug the mouse into a different USB port.
 If your mouse is plugged into a USB hub or USB switch box, try removing it
and plugging it directly into the computer.
 Unplug other USB devices that are not in use.
 If you are using a wireless mouse:
 For tips about troubleshooting problems with the wireless connection,
see Troubleshooting wireless and Bluetooth issues.
 Try the mouse on another computer to verify it is not defective.

Validation
Still the same with the final interview proceed with the SVAR immediately

Svar
-Random words that they need to pronounce
-Random questions that they need to elaborate
-Technical exam (just google the answer)
-Sample customer service email (please make your email response as positive as
possible)
