Training Objectives:

1. Integrate the use of OBE in nursing education


2. Critique institutional OBE framework, institutional outcomes and graduate attributes
3. Prepare a competency and curriculum map for the BSN program
4. Create an alignment matrix for a given course
5. Construct a comprehensive course syllabi
6. Use scaffolding and learner’s portfolio to support self-directed learning
7. Develop a table of specification and appropriate tests questions
