Key member of the team involved with implementing a Software Process Improvement (SPI) initiative to improve the
software development process and reduce defects in the final software product. Mentored, trained and supported Project
Managers in the use of ETS processes.
 Managed the implementation of Change, Release and Software Configuration management to more than 80

Responsible for the development and delivery of the Sales Force Automation system, a sales and marketing system
providing information to over 140 field sales representatives and managers.
 Performed system and software analysis, purchased equipment and planned the deployment of the SFA/CRM system
to a Windows based environment providing greater compatibility and functionality between the home office and the
sales forces.
 Negotiated the buyout of the lease for computer hardware, saving over $90,000 and enabling migration to a new
hardware platform nine months ahead of schedule.
 Researched, selected and implemented an electronic forms application for routing corporate forms, increasing the
movement of time sensitive information by about 60%.
 Gathered requirements and created the Home Office Sales System (HOSS). Providing timely delivery of pre-

development process and the sales management training and development program.
