User Guidelines to Upload Student Data.

❖ How to Download the Xlsx Sheet and upload the student data?
➢ Download the default format from ​https://match.myanatomy.in/students

❖ What does the default Xlsx Format consists of ?


➢ The ​Sample Xlsx student data file will have cell constraints, suggestions and Error prompts.

❖ What are the fields to be filled while entering the student data?
➢ The Xlsx sheet will have various fields which are listed below.
■ Serial No ( Sl.no)
● Enter the Students data by giving the serial number.
■ Student Name
● Please fill this column by entering the Students name according to the
University records. (eg. Mark Zuckerberg)
● The name should consist of (First name and Last name).
■ College / University Name
● Enter the College / University name to which the student belong to.
● Eg . (Bangalore Institute of Technology)
■ University Registration Number
● This column has to be filled with students registration number issued by the
university.
● Note:​ University registration number should be an unique identity.
■ Gender
● This value should be either ​Male / Female.
● Select this value from the dropdown list.
■ Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
● Enter the Date of birth of student according to the university records.
● (MM/DD/YYYY) format has to be followed to enter this field.
◆ Eg. If a candidate has born on 12th february 1995, Then the value which
has to be entered should be in ​02/12/1995​ format.
◆ Note: If the DOB is entered in DD/MM/YYYY format, the system will
throw an error saying format not supported.
■ 10th Marks (SSC/ Secondary education marks)
● The Value should be entered in terms of Percentage​.
● Eg. If a student has scored 80.7 %in his 10th class, then enter 80.7 in this
column without adding % symbol.
● Note: If the marks Scored is in terms of CGPA, convert it to percentage and
enter the value.
■ 10th year of passing (YYYY)
● This field has to be filled with the year of passing of 10th std in ​YYYY​ format.
■ 12th Marks (HSC/ Senior secondary education marks)
● The Value should be entered in terms of Percentage​.
● Eg. If a student has scored 80.7 %in his 12th class/ PUC, then enter 80.7 in this
column without adding % symbol.
● Note: If the marks Scored is in terms of CGPA, convert it to percentage and
enter the value.
■ 12th year of passing (YYYY)
● This field has to be filled with the year of passing of 12th std / PUC in ​YYYY
format.
■ Graduation Marks ​(Bachelor’s degree equivalent)
● The Value should be entered in terms of Percentage​.
● An Aggregate marks of all the semesters to the highest exam passed.
● Eg. If a student has scored 80.7 % in Undergraduation, then enter 80.7 in this
column without adding % symbol.
● Note: If the marks Scored is in terms of CGPA, convert it to percentage and
enter the value.
■ Graduation year of passing (YYYY)
● This field has to be filled with the year of passing of ​Undergraduation ​in
YYYY​ format.
■ Streams
● Enter the stream name in which the candidate is pursuing his Bachelor’s.
● Eg. if a candidate is pursuing engineering in COMPUTER SCIENCE FIELD,
then enter the stream name as ​COMPUTER SCIENCE AND
ENGINEERING.
● Note: Please ensure that the stream name what you are entering should be from
the University Streams list issued by AICTE.
■ Degree
● Enter the degree name in which the candidate is pursuing his Bachelor’s.
● Eg. if a candidate is pursuing engineering, then Enter the degree name as
B.Tech / B.E.
● Note: Please ensure that the degree name entered should be from the University
approved list issued by AICTE.
■ Backlogs
● If in case the candidate has backlogs during his undergraduation, This field has
be filled by the value in Numbers.
● Enter the value in numbers eg. 0,1,2,3 etc…
■ Placement Status
● This field has to be selected from the dropdown list which contains (Placed /
Unplaced) values.
◆ Eg. if incase the candidate is already placed in some company, then the
value which has to be entered is ​Placed.
◆ Note: This is to just capture the reference whether the candidate is
placed or not.
■ Certifications (optional field)
● Enter the certifications obtained eg. Java, Oracle etc…
● This is an optional field, It can be skipped if the student has done any
certifications.
■ Email
● Enter the correct email id of the candidate as this would be used to create the
User credentials to login to the platform.
● Note: please pay extra attention to fill this column and Verify it twice before
entering the value as this would be used for communication purpose over the
platform.
■ Contact Number (Mobile Number)
● This field should be entered with valid 10 digit number without any country
code.
● Note. please pay extra attention to fill this column and Verify it twice since this
is used to send the SMS notifications.

Note: Please be cautious while entering the email Id, Mobile number and University Registration number
of the candidate.
