Project work schedule

 Meet project guides regularly and update the progress of the project work.

 Students can avail the facility of the Project lab.

 Students can use/avail the infrastructure available in the department.


 Students need to take special permission for issuing and using some of the
delicated instruments like DSO, Bio polar amplifier , NI DAQs, FFT Analyzer etc.
 Before using such instruments students need to take the necessary training from the
respective faculty members.
 Ansys complete package is available in Cad cam lab to carry out numerical
investigation/Simulation.

Project work schedule (Project-I – Sem-VII)

Presentation for finalising the Projects is on 6th July 2019

One page abstract submission is on 8th July 2019

Project progress presentation -I is on 5th August 2019

Project progress presentation-II is on 30th September 2019

Finalising the projects

 Students are required to carry out literature survey on latest development in the
field of your project domain.

 Students are required to develop application based products or prototypes by


proper design and fabrication.

Finalising the projects

 A power point presentation will be conducted for finalyzing the project

 Students can discuss about project topic

 Students should have clear about their project work to be carried out , failing which
their topic may not be accepted.

 If the project topic is not approved by the department , students need to change the
project topic and take the approval once again.

 Students can select projects which requires design/simulation/fabrication etc.

Finalising the projects (Assessment)

 Power point presentation should be prepared as per the guidelines given by the
department

 Panel of senior faculty members headed by the department head will approve the
project.

 Project guides will be allotted as per the area of interest of the project groups.

 After the approval of the project, students are required to submit one page
abstract with Project title.

Poster Presentation

 Prepare poster according to specified format.

 Keep a research paper in IEEE format with you based on your project work.

 Panel of senior faculty members headed by the department head will assess the
poster.

 Best poster’s will be selected on the basis of Panel’s average score.
