Curriculum Audit Guidelines

1. Master Teachers, Head Teachers & Principals/OICs will audit the learning competencies/lessons taught by the teachers as of October 23,2015 using the Budgeted
Lesson and Daily Lesson Log.
2. Identify the hindering factors, area of needs, and area of concerns why teachers were not able to meet expectations and deliver the standard based curriculum to
all students.
3. Results of the audit shall be the basis of the curriculum implementers/leaders on the following:
a. to review the impact of instructional strategies in order to address the learning needs of all students;
b. to improve instruction, particularly for those students whose achievement is NOT improving;
c. to analyze results from available assessments, including school and national tests, the use of results to refocus or modify instruction at the school and
classroom levels to ensure that all students meet or exceed proficiency; and
d. to utilize effective instructional strategies, including differentiated instruction to cater to students interests, learning styles, strengths and weaknesses.
