Situation
This model demonstrates some of the basic features of ProModel in the sales environment and
the analytical value of simulation. It models and evaluates:

·0 Incoming calls between multiple Call center groups


·1 Monitoring and tracking of inbound calls
·2 Scheduling and staffing needs
·3 Costs of additional resources

The model has been set up to create scenarios around various call volumes. To do this, access
the Scenario Manager found under the Simulation menu.
