Presently working with “Tabreed” National Central Cooling Company (PJSC) as HSEQ Manager (Operations & Projects). Last role
was with International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) Abu Dhabi, leading a team of HSE Managers, HSE
Advisors/Engineers for UAE operations.
Over twenty five years’ experience spanning across Energy/Oil & Gas industry, process and projects HSE management
disciplines which underscores expertise in developing and implementing HSE Management System, HSE Plans, HSE Processes
& Procedures, Environmental & Emergency Plans, Risk Assessments, HSE Audit and Training Programs, engaging decision
makers and devising winning strategies. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills with proven
abilities in team management.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering (University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, Pakistan) 1990.
• MOE Certification (School of Leadership, Karachi, Pakistan) 2006.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contributes to the planning, formulation and implementation of the HSE Department’s strategy, business plans and
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in support of Organization’s corporate goals
• Conducts periodic review of Departmental policies, procedures and practices to identify opportunities for
improvement and engagement in best practices
• Provides leadership and support on the management of workplace hazards and risks ensuring company-wide
compliance with government HSE regulations
• Guides and supports management on all internal HSE and regulatory audits
• Conducts review of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and drives for continuous improvement
• Provides specialist HSE advice and support for new/upgrade projects; directs and approves Organization’s participation
in the HSE studies/reviews, as required
• Creates, implements and monitors processes and procedures based on industry best practices and internal learnings
for world-class HSE performance
• Drives and promotes HSE culture in the organization; liaises with employees and contractors, as necessary, to build
awareness of their obligations to comply with company HSE standards and procedures
• Appointed as Management Representative (MR) to lead organization for external audits to confirm certification on ISO
9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Represents Organization with local and federal government authorities for compliance with HSE regulations, as
required
